More Rights and Responsibilities of the Lab Master |

| Several lab resources are more complicated than the simple lists discussed before. The Administration
resource is used to add and remove users from the group.
This view contains a list of all users that are members of the group. Highlighting any given user brings up the contact
information for that person. The Lab Master also has the option to output the contact information for the entire group
in a number of different formats. |

| Initially, only the Lab Master is able to modify lab resources, however, the Can Do resource allows
the Lab Master to delegate responsibility for individual lab resources to lab members. A single lab member can be assigned responsibility
for multiple resources and multiple lab members can be responsible for the same resource. The Lab Master retains permission for all
resources at all times. The Lab Master can also use the Can Do resource to allow other users to generate XML files containing all of the
information contained within a view. |

| The Lab Protocol resource is used to define the protocols that are associated with all record types.
Protocols are very important elements in Sesame as they determine the list of actions that can be entered into a record as well as
the protocol tree that will be assigned to the record. For each protocol, the Lab Master must define the protocol name and contact
information, specify the type of Sesame record that the protocol will be associated with,
enter a text description of the protocol, create a list of actions associated with the protocol and define a protocol tree for
capturing data. Using the icons found on the righthand side of the field, protocol trees are built up by adding named fields
to create PC-style directory tree containing nodes and leaves. |

| The Recipes resource allows the Lab Master to enter the recipes for various solutions
and mixes that are used in the lab. |
|

| The Bulk Load resource allows a Lab Master to upload large amounts of data into Sesame.
The ability to do this restricted, even among Lab Masters, contact the Sesame
development team for more information. |

| The Robot Rack resource is used to describe racks of solutions used by crystallization robots for setting
up screens. The Lab Master names the rack and enters some descriptive information. Solutions are added to and removed from the rack with
the red and green icons found on the righthand side of the field. Note that slots in the rack may be designated as "empty". |
