| The primer View in Sesame allows the user to record information on oligonucleotides synthesized as part of a project. The
primer record contains information on the physical characteristics and location of the oligonucleotide. New and existing primer records
can be viewed as described in the Viewing Records help page. In order to better track
the work flow on the project primers can also be linked to a specific ORF in a work group (as described in the Linking Records help page). As in other records, images and files can also be linked to a
primer record. |
