Lab Resources Sample Components Antimicrobial

  • List of Antimicrobials that may be added to a Sample.

Fields

  • Antimicrobial is the name of the Antimicrobial.

Add New Antimicrobial

This adds a new row to the Antimicrobial resource table.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Add New Antimicrobial.

Note

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the Antimicrobial resource table.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Antimicrobial menu click Remove Rows.

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Copy Rows

This copies the data in the selected rows of the Antimicrobial resource table to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Antimicrobial menu click Copy Rows.

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows of the Antimicrobial resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the Antimicrobial menu click Cut Rows.

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the Antimicrobial resource table.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Paste Rows.

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the Antimicrobial resource table.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Undo.

  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Load Antimicrobial File

This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the Antimicrobial resource table.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Load Antimicrobial File.
  3. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
  4. Click the file, and then click Open.

Note

  • The CSV file consists of the header row followed by rows that contain comma separated data.
  • To see the exact file format, do a save file for a table with entries.
  • The data in the table will be replaced with the data in the file.
  • The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Save Antimicrobial File

This saves the Antimicrobial resource table as a comma separated value file.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Save Antimicrobial File.
  3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
  4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
  5. Click Save.

Note

  • The CSV file consists of the header row followed by rows that contain comma separated data.

Save Antimicrobial

This saves the Antimicrobial in the database.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Save Antimicrobial, or click the Save Antimicrobial button in the button bar.

Note

  • This will replace the information for the current Antimicrobial in the database.

Close Antimicrobial

This closes the window.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Close Antimicrobial, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Note

  • If the content of the View has been modified since the last Save operation, the user will be given an option to proceed and discard the changes, or to cancel the operation.

Refresh Antimicrobial

This reverts the data for the Antimicrobial to the version in the database.

  1. Make the Antimicrobial window active in the Board.
  2. On the Antimicrobial menu click Refresh Antimicrobial.

Note

  • This will reload the Antimicrobial from the database.
  • If the content of the View has been modified since the last Save operation, the user will be given an option to proceed and discard the changes, or to cancel the operation.

General Comments

  • To open the Antimicrobial window in the Board, on the Options menu select Lab Resources then select Sample Components then click Antimicrobial.
  • This Lab Resource is maintained by the Lab Master, or, by a Lab Member with a Can Do privilege.
  • The Can Do Resource value is LAB_RSC_SAMPLECOMPONENTS.
