Fields

• Score is a distinct number.
• Description is the description of the Score.

Add New Crystal Score

This adds a new row to the Crystal Score resource table.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Add New Crystal Score.

Note

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the Crystal Score resource table.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. Select one or more rows in the table.
3. On the Crystal Score menu click Remove Rows.

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Copy Rows

This copies the data in the selected rows of the Crystal Score resource table to local clipboard.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. Select one or more rows in the table.
3. On the Crystal Score menu click Copy Rows.

Note

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows of the Crystal Score resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. Select one or more rows in the table.
3. On the Crystal Score menu click Cut Rows.

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the Crystal Score resource table.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Paste Rows.

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the Crystal Score resource table.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Undo.

• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Load Crystal Score File

This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the Crystal Score resource table.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Load Crystal Score File.
3. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
4. Click the file, and then click Open.

Note

• The CSV file consists of the header row followed by rows that contain comma separated data.
• To see the exact file format, do a save file for a table with entries.
• The data in the table will be replaced with the data in the file.
• The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.

Save Crystal Score File

This saves the Crystal Score resource table as a comma separated value file.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Save Crystal Score File.
3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
5. Click Save.

Note

• The CSV file consists of the header row followed by rows that contain comma separated data.

Save Crystal Score

This saves the Crystal Score in the database.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Save Crystal Score, or click the Save Crystal Score button in the button bar.

Note

• This will replace the information for the current Crystal Score in the database.

Close Crystal Score

This closes the window.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Close Crystal Score, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Note

• If the content of the View has been modified since the last Save operation, the user will be given an option to proceed and discard the changes, or to cancel the operation.

Refresh Crystal Score

This reverts the data for the Crystal Score to the version in the database.

1. Make the Crystal Score window active in the Board.
2. On the Crystal Score menu click Refresh Crystal Score.

Note

• This will reload the Crystal Score from the database.
• If the content of the View has been modified since the last Save operation, the user will be given an option to proceed and discard the changes, or to cancel the operation.

General Comments

• To open the Crystal Score window in the Board, on the Options menu select Lab Resources then click Crystal Score.
• This Lab Resource is maintained by the Lab Master, or, by a Lab Member with a Can Do privilege.
• The Can Do Resource value is LAB_RSC_XRAYSCORE.
