Lab Resources Status

List of all Status options for different record types,
i.e. active, inactive, or for Job Requests:
new, open canno reproduce, as designed, fixed, verified fixed,
documented, duplicate, deferred, etc.
This adds a new row to the Status resource table.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

On the Status menu click Add New Status.

The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.
This removes the selected rows from the Status resource table.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

Select one or more rows in the table.

On the Status menu click Remove Rows.

The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.
This copies the data in the selected rows of the Status resource table to local clipboard.

On the Status menu click Copy Rows.

This removes the selected rows of the Status resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

On the Status menu click Cut Rows.

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the Status resource table.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

On the Status menu click Paste Rows.

This cancels the last change to the Status resource table.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

On the Status menu click Undo.

The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.
This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the Status resource table.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

On the Status menu click Load Status File.

In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.

Click the file, and then click Open.

The CSV file consists of the header row followed by rows that contain comma separated data.

To see the exact file format, do a save file for a table with entries.

The data in the table will be replaced with the data in the file.

The table must be saved before changes in the database occur.
This saves the Status resource table as a comma separated value file.

Make the Status window active in the Board.

On the Status menu click Save Status File.

If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.

In the File Name box, type a name for the file.

Click Save.

If the content of the View has been modified since the last Save operation, the user will be given an option to proceed and discard the changes, or to cancel the operation.
This reverts the data for the Status to the version in the database.

On the Status menu click Refresh Status.

This will reload the Status from the database.

To open the Status window in the Board,
on the Options menu select Lab Resources then click Status.

This Lab Resource is maintained by the Lab Master, or, by a Lab Member with
a Can Do privilege.

The Can Do Resource value is LAB_RSC_STATUS.
