Add New TT Contact Role

This adds a new row to the TT Contact Role resource table.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Add New TT Contact Role.

Note

Remove Rows

This removes the selected rows from the TT Contact Role resource table.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the TT Contact Role menu click Remove Rows.

Copy Rows

This copies the data in the selected rows of the TT Contact Role resource table to local clipboard.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the TT Contact Role menu click Copy Rows.

Cut Rows

This removes the selected rows of the TT Contact Role resource table and copies them to local clipboard.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. Select one or more rows in the table.
  3. On the TT Contact Role menu click Cut Rows.

Paste Rows

This adds the rows in local clipboard to the TT Contact Role resource table.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Paste Rows.

Undo

This cancels the last change to the TT Contact Role resource table.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Undo.

Load TT Contact Role File

This loads a comma separated value file and adds the data to the TT Contact Role resource table.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Load TT Contact Role File.
  3. In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the file.
  4. Click the file, and then click Open.

Save TT Contact Role File

This saves the TT Contact Role resource table as a comma separated value file.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Save TT Contact Role File.
  3. If you want to save the file in a different folder, locate and open the folder.
  4. In the File Name box, type a name for the file.
  5. Click Save.

Note

Save TT Contact Role

This saves the TT Contact Role in the database.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Save TT Contact Role, or click the Save TT Contact Role button in the button bar.

Note

Close TT Contact Role

This closes the window.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Close TT Contact Role, or click the X button on the window's Title bar.

Note

Refresh TT Contact Role

This reverts the data for the TT Contact Role to the version in the database.

  1. Make the TT Contact Role window active in the Board.
  2. On the TT Contact Role menu click Refresh TT Contact Role.
